Please note when going through audition form, that we have made changes.

The auditions for the Missoula Children’s Theatre production of “Peter & Wendy” will be held on Monday, Nov 14, 2016 at 4:00 pm at The Midwest Theater, Scottsbluff, NE. There are roles for local students kindergarten through 8th Grade. With the amazing turn outs for auditions last year, this year we will be doing auditions differently to ensure more children get an opportunity to perform. For Fall 2016 production of “Peter & Wendy,” children who are of even age as of September 1, 2016 will be able to audition. For Spring 2017 production of “Gulliver’s Travels,” children of odd age as of September 1, 2016 will be able to audition. Approximately 50-60 local students will be cast to appear in the show with the MCT Tour Actor/Director. There is no guarantee that everyone who auditions will be cast in the play.

Online registration is available for both productions on our website and we encourage parents to sign up their children before auditions that Monday. Registration forms are also available in the Midwest Theater office. If you register your child by Thurs, Nov 10th, your child will be entered in a chance to win a Family Pack of tickets to the show.

When Captain Hook sends his right-hand man Smee on a quest to capture Peter Pan, it’s seemingly business as usual…at first. Little does Hook realize what fantastic adventures await him and his pirate posse in their search for the elusive Peter Pan. Mistaken identities, ever-morphing clouds, a classy crocodile, some very lost boys, and a fickle shadow all add to the mayhem. Meanwhile, Mr. and Mrs. Darling embark on a quest of their own and find themselves trekking everywhere from Hawaii to the North Pole in search of their three missing children. With help from the earth-friendly Neverlanders, exotic Neverland creatures, and faithful Tinker Bell, the Darling children are found, disputes are ultimately resolved, and everyone – including Captain Hook – finds a place where they truly belong.

For children who are of ODD age, they are eligible for Spring Auditions. Please click the link below for the Spring Auditions to register your child for the spring.
