Ghost Tour

Ghost Tour

Have you ever sat in a darkened movie theater and felt like someone was sitting behind you, but when you turn around no one is there? Was it just your imagination? Or was it something else?

The Midwest Theater is Historically Haunted, with many of the staff and volunteers having spooky encounters over the decades. Strange noises, electrical interference, and the feeling of a presence have made the hairs on the back of the neck stand up on several occasions.

The Tour will take you through the theater from the lobby, to the auditorium, and down into the basement where your guide will give you some history about each place and the ghosts that reside there. You’ll learn about our main ghost, Miss Bish, and the other spirits that have been felt to wonder the theater.

On special nights our tour partner – The Hippie Witch – will be on hand with ghost detecting equipment to learn more about our haunted theater and maybe if we are lucky some of our ghosts will show their presence.
