Rookie of the Year

Play Ball! After healing from an injury, 12 year old Henry Rowengartner finds he can throw one heck of a fast ball. While at a Chicago Cubs game he returns a baseball from the stands to the catcher at incredible speed and is spotted by the general manager, who recruits him. The next thing Henry knows he finds himself pitching for the Cubs! It may have been his dream to play in the majors but he finds it’s not all fun and games in this lighthearted comedy directed by Daniel Stern (Marv from Home Alone).
