Our season is typically from Memorial Day through Labor Day. With screenings every weekend (with some exceptions) of either new or retro releases. Also, keep a lookout for special events during the week.
Generations from old to young will fall in love, again and for the first time, with the drive-in experience at The Skyview Drive-in!

Our goal is to provide our community with a fun & safe drive-in experience. Please keep these guidelines in mind during your visit.
Should any patron not follow our guidelines, they will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. This is up to the discretion of lot attendants and management.
We recommend brining items to keep you comfortable during the movie, such as:
We are open Fri, Sat & Sun nights from Memorial Day – Labor Day. We are also open other nights for premieres and special events throughout the season.
In order to have the image show up on the screen we have to wait until after the sun goes down. So night only.
We normally open our entrance gate no less than 45 mins before the posted show times. We also open early for some special events or on holidays when large crowds are anticipated.
The movies start once it is dark enough to see them on the screen clearly. Start times adjust accordingly to when the sun sets.
There are 165+ parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. There are poles marking spots. We ask that you park next to one to ensure proper spacing for moving around. Sorry, you may not “hold” a spot for a friend.
No. An exit to the main entrance will be opened for you to leave by. You do not need to drive back past the ticket booth to leave.
We all know how quickly the weather can change here in Western Nebraska. It can go from bad to good or good to bad within an hour. That said, we have no intention of endangering our patrons. If the weather looks to be too bad, or the lot is too wet or wind damaged we could cancel the show. You can always check Facebook or call 308-632-4311 for the latest updates.
If you are concerned that your car battery will run down or you do not know how to keep all your lights off, then please bring a battery-powered, portable FM radio. Apps on phones do not work unless it has a built-in FM antenna. There are also outdoor speakers around the projection booth area. It has a limited range though so if you want to use them we recommend parking close to the projection booth/concessions area.
Our furry friends are welcome! However we ask that you keep them on a leash, pick up after them, and if they disturb the other patrons, you will be asked to leave.
No. As stated in the guidelines there are no grills or fire pits allowed on the premises.
We have a No Outside Food or Drink policy. By buying concessions at the Drive-in you support your community Non-Profit Theater. The Friends of the Midwest Theater is the Operator of the SkyView Drive-In.
No. Anyone found with alcohol or intoxicated will be asked to leave.
Yes, smoking is permitted in your vehicle. Please be courteous to your neighbors, and no butts are to be thrown on the ground. This is a safety hazard to our staff and the vehicles around you. If you are observed doing this, you will be asked to leave without a refund.
No, you may leave as you please. However, If you leave the grounds and then plan to come back in, you will be required to pay for another admission due to our insurance policy.
Please do not sit on top of your vehicle. It is dangerous and blocks other people’s view of the screen. Feel free to bring chairs, blankets, and air mattresses and sit around your vehicle or in the truck bed.
Yes. It is highly encouraged to get comfortable.
Yes. Please call ahead to make arrangements with the Management. We can accommodate almost any vehicle.
Spots are first come, first served. On busy nights such as premieres or special occasions/events, we suggest arriving when the gates open or sooner. Arriving early is the best way to ensure your preferred viewing spot.
No. There are occupancy restrictions.
We accept cash, credit, and debit cards both at the Ticket Booth and at Concessions. A credit or debit card is required when ordering concessions online.
Yes. Ask to speak to a Staff Member, call our office at 308-632-4311, or visit the “Gift Card” tab on the concessions web page. Our Gift Cards are valid at the Historic Midwest Theater in Downtown Scottsbluff & at the SkyView Drive-In.
There will be at least one employee of The Midwest/SkyView Drive-In there. Most of the wonderful people you meet however will be one of our great volunteers.

Yes. Just like The Historic Midwest Theater in downtown Scottsbluff, The SkyView Drive-in is available for private events. Call the Midwest office at (308)
