This event carries a powerful meaning for the community. The Midwest Theater itself was born from
resilience. Built 80 years ago on the ashes of the former Egyptian Theater. Over the decades, residents
have repeatedly rallied to preserve the theater. Most recently its iconic marquee, even after fire and hail
damage threatened its future. That same spirit of unity now fuels this benefit concert.
Concert proceeds will go directly toward relief efforts for families recovering from the recent fires,
helping them rebuild and restore what was lost. Donation to be made to Oregon Trail Community
Foundation – Morrill Fire Relief Fund.
